- Applicant must be a permanent resident of Odisha
- Applicant must be a 12th passed student.
- Applicant must have at least 70% in their class 12th.
- Applicant must have to passed the Higher Secondary Examination i.e. Class 12 in science, arts, commerce, or vocational stream conducted by CHSE, Odisha, or the Upashastri Examination conducted by Shree Jagannath Sanskrit Vishvavidyalaya (SJSV) for the respective year.
- Applicant must belong to any one of the communities, including ST, SC, OBC, SEBC, General, and EBC.
- Applicant must have their self bank account linked with Aadhar card.
